There are several easy ways to watch on your TV:

iPhone & iPad

  • AirPlay (Easiest): Make sure your iPhone/iPad and Apple TV (or AirPlay-compatible Smart TV) are on the same Wi-Fi. Play the video, then open Control Center and tap Screen Mirroring. Select your TV.
  • Chromecast: Install the Google Home app. Open the video in Chrome, then use Control Center > Screen Mirroring to cast your screen. Tip: Turn on Do Not Disturb first.
  • HDMI Adapter (Most Reliable): Use a Lightning-to-HDMI adapter (iPhone 14 and older, ~$49) or USB-C to HDMI adapter (iPhone 15+, ~$15-25). Plug into your TV's HDMI port — zero lag, no Wi-Fi needed.

Android

  • Chromecast / Smart TV Cast (Easiest): Same Wi-Fi network. Swipe down twice for Quick Settings, tap Screen Cast (or Smart View on Samsung), select your TV, then play the video.
  • Chrome Browser Cast: Open Chrome, tap the 3-dot menu > Cast, select your Chromecast/TV.
  • USB-C to HDMI Cable (Most Reliable): ~$15-20. Plug in, switch TV input, play in full screen. Done!

Computer (Mac & Windows)

  • Chrome Cast Tab (Easiest): In Chrome, click the 3-dot menu > Cast. Choose "Cast tab" (recommended for video — sends audio to TV automatically).
  • AirPlay from Mac: Click Control Center in the menu bar > Screen Mirroring > select your Apple TV or Smart TV.
  • HDMI Cable (Best Quality): Connect your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable. Most reliable, zero lag.

Troubleshooting: Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi. If you have lag or buffering, try an HDMI cable instead. No sound on TV? Check TV volume — if using "Cast screen" from Chrome, try "Cast tab" instead.
