Forum & Venue. Any disputes arising from your membership shall be resolved exclusively in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction does not exist, in the state courts of Cook County, Illinois. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Permitted Use. Membership grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to stream and download the site's content for your personal, non-commercial viewing. Redistribution, mirroring, reuploading, screen capture for redistribution, and any sharing of credentials are prohibited.

Liquidated Damages. You acknowledge that unauthorized redistribution causes harm difficult to quantify, and you agree to liquidated damages in the amount specified in the full Terms for each instance of redistribution attributable to your account or your access.

Records. The site retains records of your access, including the IP address used to register, to log in, and to retrieve content, indefinitely, for the purpose of enforcing these Terms.
